Many times, buyers have a pretty good idea of value just from seeing a lot of homes with their Realtor?, and keeping track of which ones have sold.
Other times, buyers feel pressured to bid more than they're comfortable for because their Realtor?'s CMA indicates a higher price than they want to pay.
So don't hate on her for not offering to do a CMA, simply tell her that like her to do one.
