Selling Santa Clarita Short sales and our Sellers Anonymity

There is no question that the internet sells homes. ?In fact, we have watched as during the past few years, the internet has grown in leaps and bounds. ?It has done a great job with exposing Real Estate?s Man behind the curtain.(a ?wizard of oz? reference :) )

However, it is not always necessary in the case of a Short Sale and depending on how tech savvy, well connected and plugged in, the real estate agent is that you hired to handle yours.

?Syndication, schminidation?.? ?Those websites that are using their ?power? to take a sellers listing, without direct permission, and?publicize?it to the world in order to monetize a buyers(inquirers) personal information. ?They do this to sell lists and leads of buyers to real estate agents that pay a hefty fee to those sites.

While they may be able to get multiple eyeballs on the home that is listed for sale, is it really necessary in the case of a short sale seller? ?Most of our Santa Clarita Short Sale sellers want to short sale their home with privacy. ?Of course their listing will be in the Multiple Listing Service so other Real Estate agents have access to it. ?However, this is not a ?starting point?. ?We distribute our short sale listings amongst the Real Estate agents that we have ?past experience? with and those within our Top Producing Real Estate agents of SCV networking groups.

99.9 % of the time, during the past 3 years, this act alone has been able to obtain a qualified buyer with very little, if no, interruption to our short sale sellers quality of life.

I also had our Santa Clarita short sale sellers home?s excluded from the Syndication websites. ?You won?t find it on Realtor.com, Trulia, redfin, homes.com, realestate.com, or zillow. ?Believe it or not, I can prove it, these listings sell anyway :)
