For Raina I had the idea that she is unaware of the healing powers of her tears.
Imagine an epic fight scene, and one of the Queen's Men is seriously injured, it would have to be a bleeding open wound for it to work. What if she was to cradle her wounded brother or friend and weep over his body as he lays dying, as her tears fall onto his chest(or wherever he is injured) they can heal him. That can be when they realize that she has healing abilities.
What does everyone think?
