HUMAN RESOURCES/LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT GENERALIST
?HR & Business Solutions are a best practice Human Resources, employment law and training consultancy based in Tralee with clients throughout Ireland.? Due to the on-going growth and development of our business, HR & Business Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced HR/Learning and Development Generalist with specific expertise in the area of employment law and/or training. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive person with excellent communication skills.
?As a HR/Learning and Development Generalist your role will involve:
- Providing HR and Employment Law advice to client companies in a proactive best practice way.
- Leading, managing, facilitating and supporting learning & development processes to meet clients? ???? requirements. This will involve organising and implementing the delivery of learning solutions.
- Implement best practice approach to all aspects of human resources management with client companies in line with their business requirement
The ideal candidate will have:
- Human Resources Degree is?essential
- 4+? years? experience in a human resources generalist?role is desirable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR consultancy is an advantage
- Expertise in Irish Employment Law
- An additional qualification in training, mediation or employment law is an advantage
- Have a positive attitude and?enjoying working as part of a team in a busy work environment is essential
- Excellent computer skills - proficiency?in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
